LeMay PCR, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class B Front Load Commercial Driver to join our team in Frederickson, Washington.
This union position is represented by Teamsters Local 313 and plays a key role in delivering reliable waste and recycling services to the local community.
**Compensation and Schedule**
+ Starting pay: $30.49 per hour (91% of full union scale)
+ Full-scale pay: $33.51 per hour per Teamsters Local 313 agreement
+ Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays based on business needs, averaging approximately 45 hours per week
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Safely operate a Class B front-load garbage truck on assigned residential and commercial routes in varying traffic and weather conditions
+ Service all assigned customers on route sheets or as directed by dispatch, maintaining efficiency and productivity throughout the workday
