We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated Registered Nurse to step into a pivotal leadership role as Unit Coordinator for the Hospital Unit at Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Hamilton East, Hamilton. This is a part‑time position with flexible start times:
- Sunday: 0800‑1630
- Monday: 0800‑1630
- Tuesday: 0900‑1300
Responsibilities
- Inspire and coach the team to deliver care that is “good enough for mum and dad.”
- Foster a positive culture ensuring a safe, supportive, and enjoyable workplace.
- Oversee personalized care plans for every resident in the Hospital Unit.
