Role
The role holder will be responsible for strategic, operational, and people leadership of the unit, ensuring efficient delivery of banking operations, compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and high-quality service outcomes. Also managing the unit to execute a wide spectrum of defined banking operations processes with high standards of accuracy, and service delivery.
