Job Description
Job Purpose
- Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of a portfolio of IT projects focused on developing, enhancing, and maintaining systems and applications.
- Ensures IT projects are aligned with overall business strategy and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, transaction volume, or revenue growth.
- Oversees the entire lifecycle of multiple IT projects.
- Ensures projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed successfully according to established project management methodologies.
- Develops and manages budgets for the IT project portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
