Function Nursing Facility Position Unit Manager | Cedar Ward | Surgical ICU Introduction

A unique opportunity has become available for a Unit Manager to lead our surgical ward(cedar)unit. We require a dynamic and flexible individual to manage the unit and who will assume responsibility for continually developing the service through evidence-based practice .Your role will be to provide and develop strong leadership for all aspects of clinical nursing, by initiating optimal unit standards and managing business objectives. The successful candidate will report to the Nursing Manager.

Critical Outputs

Effective clinical leadership

Lead the implementation of the nursing care plan and co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of the correct treatment plan within the correct MDT program in order to achieve clinical outcomes.
