Unit Manager Position
Our client requires a Unit Manager who will take full responsibility for coordinating improved quality nursing care. Essential for this role is a NEONATOLOGY qualification.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage acuities and skill mix to ensure cost effective quality care.
- Manage all costs emanating from the department.
- Ensure correct billing, stock management and purchasing.
- Investigate all negative incidents and capture on IMS.
- Ensure the unit is providing safe quality patient care.
Key requirements:
- Registration with SANC as a Registered Nurse.
- 2 or more years experience in a Private Hospital setting.
