- Senior responsibilities in treatment and planning.
- Ensure International best practice in all radiotherapy services.
- Promote radiotherapy services and provide guidance and support to the National Oncology Manager and Hospital Manager.
- Develop the level of technology, techniques and workflow procedures used in the RT dept.
- Active participation in determination and implementation of management objectives.
- Plays an integral part in organizing and monitoring the treatment section to meet the needs of those patients receiving Radiation Therapy services.
- Supervises and trains all therapy personnel.
- Supervises equipment management, administration of the quality assurance plan.
- Attends and participates in department committees and meetings.
