(Job Description) This position is responsible for the daily operations of an outlet, including manpower planning, performance management, oversee the inventory and ordering of food supplies, optimising profits, customers relations and ensuring high customer service standards. Manage all aspects of outlet to deliver efficient, quality and profitable service. Ensure consistent high quality of menu planning, food preparation and customer service. Ensure compliance with operational standards as well as safety and hygiene regulations. Increase outlet revenue, manage food cost and outlet expenditure to ensure profitability. Promptly resolve customer complaints and/or feedback on food quality and service. Maintain and ensure timely replenishment of food needs ordering and delivery.
