Job Description
Minimum Education: Bachelors (Business, Commerce or related field preferred)
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Numerical and financial analysis skills
- Understanding of financial services, banking products and banking operations
- Good understanding of AML/KYC
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Communication, Conflict Management and Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge and experience of Islamic Banking
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth processing of all functions related to general banking activities including customers’ transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Assisting customers with routine account related requests such as stop payments, updating of customer details, removal of dormancy etc.
- Recording denominations for all cash transactions, and requesting additional cash as and when required.
