Join the University of Toronto as a Wellness Counselor and Coordinator, focusing on eating disorders. Deliver impactful counseling services and develop wellness programs tailored for students.
In this fully in-person role, you will assess and support students experiencing food-related issues. You will facilitate therapeutic workshops and collaborate with community resources to build comprehensive mental health programs. This role will leverage your expertise in dealing with diverse individuals committed to improving their relationship with food.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental health assessments for clients
• Offer clinical counseling and psychotherapy services
• Make appropriate referrals to additional resources
• Organize and lead educational seminars or workshops
• Ensure compliance with health information protection regulations
Requirements:
• Master’s of Social Work, credentialed in Ontario
• Five years of experience in mental health settings
