- Salary: UP $3,300
- Contract Period: Until 31 Dec 2026 (able to renew)
- Office Location: Nearest MRT Novena
- Working days and hours: 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday (based on roster - example : 11am - 8pm OR 12pm - 9pm , including weekend)
- Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
- Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
- Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
- Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
- Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
