- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 830am-530pm, Saturday half day 9am - 1pm
- Location: Clementi
- Contract (potential to convert to perm)
- Salary Range : UP $4,200
The main duties of this role are similar to a call centre/front-facing position, handling enquiries and providing support to students
Job Scope- Support daily operations (front facing customer service, replying email, handle phone calls) to ensure smooth delivery of student services
- Handle student enquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance
- Perform duties in line with team objectives and service standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions
- Ensure all student interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
