This full-time, on-site position involves leading program development while ensuring the safety and well-being of the children. You'll interact directly with kids, create vibrant learning experiences, and participate in the YMCA community initiatives, all while fostering collaborative relationships with parents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and plan engaging programs for school-age children
• Uphold safety standards in compliance with provincial regulations
