Applicants should have:
- A high standard of written and spoken Englishwith experience of working in an Upper Key Stage 2 Classroom.
- Excellent numeracy skills
- A strong work ethic with flexibility to respondpositively to challenges of day to day school life
- Previous experience of working within a LSA roleor similar role is preferable but not essential
- Experience of difficult behaviour management
