Lead Generation: Scan Upwork daily to identify high-potential web development and marketing projects.
Proposal Writing: Craft tailored, persuasive, and jargon-free bids that directly address client pain points (avoiding generic copy-paste templates).
Profile Management: Maintain a strong agency presence; you will also be quietly tasked with initializing and optimizing a new ID on Upwork to scale our outreach capacity.
Client Communication: Handle initial client responses, schedule discovery calls, and smoothly hand off hot leads to the technical team.
Target Tracking: Meet weekly and monthly bidding and conversion targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
