We are hiring an Upwork Bidding Specialist who reads between the lines of every job post, identifies the real pain behind the words, and crafts proposals so sharp and human that the client feels it was written only for them — because it was. You will own the full proposal lifecycle: from opportunity identification through pitch delivery to converting replies into discovery calls.
This is not a volume play. We do not blast proposals, recycle templates, or submit AI-generated text with zero personality. If your approach to Upwork is send 20 bids a day and hope something sticks, this is not the right role.
