About the Role

We are currently partnering with a number of leading real estate developers across the UAE who are looking to expand their Masterplanning and Urban Design teams.

We are keen to speak with experienced professionals across the following discipline:

  • Masterplanning
Scope

The successful candidates will have experience working on large‑scale communities, mixed‑use developments, destination projects, and strategic masterplans within the UAE.

Requirements
  • UAE experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the development and planning process.
  • Experience working with developers, masterplanning consultancies, or multidisciplinary design firms.
  • Ability to contribute to projects from concept development through to delivery.
What We Offer
