Key Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
- Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct phone interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding and recruitment administration.
- Support other ad hoc recruitment and HR duties as assigned.
- A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any related course of studies
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
