Assignment Length: Initial 3-month contract Potential to extend Start Date: July 22 Openings: 1 Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search Practice Setting: Urgent Care coverage Duluth GA or Jonesboro GA locations Low to moderate acuity cases Must have Emergency Medicine experience Schedule: Night coverage, 10:00p-8:00a Patient Population: All ages EMR: EPIC Credentialing: 21 days Requirements: Active Georgia licensure Board certification AHA BLS certification Minimum 1-year Emergency Medicine experience or equivalent Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
