Job Description
- Location: Hermiston Oregon which is East of Portland
- Can cover T&L
- 12 hour shifts, shifts available for Monday-Sunday (pick up to 3)
- 14 day credentialing
- Needs to be able to suture splint, Cast
- 3 patients per hour
- EMR: Experity; Can provide training over it
- Seeing all ages
- 8a-8p hours
- Solo Provider has a MA support
- Unrestricted DEA
