JeffExpress Urgent Care is seeking experienced, board-certified or board-eligible physicians (MD or DO) to serve as Physician Leads within our expanding urgent care system. Each Physician Lead is assigned to a defined node of multiple urgent care centers and is responsible for both direct patient care and clinical leadership across the region. This is not a Medical Director role, but a hands-on leadership position focused on onboarding, education, quality assurance, and advanced practice clinician (APC) support.Job Description
