Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- Call Center Experience (CCE) is an advantage but NOT required
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- B2 CEFR level or higher preferred
- Willing to work on shifting schedules , including weekends, holidays, and overtime
