CVHCare is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist.Assigned county Territory is Area #8 (Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington) and EITHER Area #2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont) OR Area 7 (Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville)Additional travel outside area may be required. Weekend coverage may be required.If Guarantee, the following shall apply:Productivity: At least 27 points per week (points described below). 36 hours Guarantee. Traveler must complete 27 points in the week. Must be willing to travel outside the area or work weekends if required to maintain weekly visit expectations. If Traveler refuses patients, guarantee does not apply.
