Job Description
Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth delivery through progress tracking and timely reporting on status, budget variances, risks, and exceptions. Partner with senior leadership to design strategic programs and exercise influence to ensure project initiatives align with overall business objectives. Translate strategic plans into clearly defined project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements. Identify, assess, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle to safeguard successful delivery. Monitor program and project performance across both internal teams and external service providers. Manage and resolve escalations with vendors and customers in a professional and effective manner.
