Relationship and Account Management
- Building Client Relationships: Developing trust with prospective and existing buyers to understand their long-term business needs.
- Providing Customer Service: Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. This role includes participation in a 24/7 customer support on-call rotation as part of the team.
- Managing After‑Sales Support: Conducting follow‑up calls to ensure customers are happy with their purchase, which often leads to repeat business or referrals.
