Job Description
**Responsibilities**
+ As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the youth in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
+ Implement Behavior Plans: Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA
+ Behavioral Support Strategies: Utilize behavior-analytic strategies to support the youth
+ Accurately track client progress
+ Client Engagement: Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development and behavior improvement
+ Challenging Behaviors: Manage and address challenging behaviors according to individualized behavior plans and training
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED (Required)
+ Ability to pass a background check and TB test (Required)
+ Reliable transportation to school sites
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skill
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Current CPR if applicable
