Role and Facility Information
The Urology Service at Langley Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time urologist to join a well-established local group of two full‑time urologists. This position offers an opportunity to build a comprehensive and busy practice within a supportive community hospital environment.
Licensing and Certification
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) license, Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership, and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general urology services, including Uro‑Oncology (radical cystectomy, kidney cancer surgery), Reconstructive Urology (sling procedures), and stone disease management.
- Perform endourology and advanced stone management, including percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and participation in a high‑volume regional stone program.
