Schedule Details :
8am-6pm must be flexible. Mon Fri Only, No weekends or holidays. 40hrs weekly.
Practice Details:
Patients per Day/Volume (rounding):30/Day for each Urologist/TBD how many patients for PA panel
Procedures Required: None
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
ACLS and BLS,
Active NY License required,
DEA Required.
Must be Board Certified.
