Position Title: Accountant (with US Real Estate experience)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 50,000 (depending on experience)
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time
We are looking for someone with accounting experience with a property management system in an accountant or senior accountant role. The work will support accounts payable tracking, coding and reporting, while also providing ground‑floor feedback to improve a property accounting‑specific AI.
Business Essentials – Key Functions
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, and general ledger coding
- Proficient in accounts payable (AP) processing, invoice tracking, and expense categorization
- Skilled in transaction coding and ensuring accuracy in property‑level financial data
- Ability to interpret and reconcile financial statements and reports
