Position Title: US Accountant for Construction Industry
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM PH Time Zone
Holiday: United States of America (US)
Salary Package: Php 75,000.00 - 80,000.00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Construction Accounting & Job Costing:
- Manage all project-based accounting activities, including job costing and budget tracking.
- Monitor project expenses, subcontractor payments, purchase orders, and vendor transactions.
- Ensure project financial performance is accurately recorded and reported.
- Identify cost overruns and financial risks and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain financial controls to ensure projects remain profitable and within budget.
