Key Responsibilities
- Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
- Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
- Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficientlyProcessing refills and following clinic policies.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
- Auditing labs & following up on missing results.
- Monitor and oversee the clinic’s virtual kiosks
