Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection, review, and verification of candidate documentation including licenses, certifications, and other compliance-related materials.
- Ensure all submitted documentation is complete, valid, and up to date according to client and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for each candidate throughout the credentialing lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, onboarding teams, and client compliance contacts.
- Monitor timelines and follow up to ensure credentialing and onboarding milestones are met.
- Keep informed on changes in client or regulatory credentialing requirements and apply updates as necessary.
- Participate in internal and client meetings related to onboarding and compliance updates.
