✔ Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
✔ Experience working with job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment
Source, screen, and engage top technology talent
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Drive hiring strategies and recruitment initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
