Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Source top IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, GitHub, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
- Partner closely with US clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
