The Associate in Asset Management will report to the Vice President and focus on the oversight and performance of a multifamily portfolio. You will conduct financial analyses, monitor KPIs, and assist in the financing and disposition of assets throughout their investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment performance with detailed financial analysis
- Analyze KPIs including occupancy and rent growth
- Update portfolio cash flow forecasts for planning
