A strong sales background and a hunter attitude is ideal, with a track record of exceeding KPI’s and doing what it takes to achieve targets. US based hours and on-site work are a non-negotiable for this role.
In return we offer a competitive basic and lucrative uncapped commission structure. Our top earning consultants are earning more than 25 K per month commission + Base.
Applicants from outside KZN will be considered; however this role entails FT hours on site in Umhlanga, remote work is not an option. Please note this is not a HR role – this is a sales based recruitment role.
