Position: US Telecom Operations Manager (Fiber & Internet Campaigns)
We are seeking an experienced US Telecom Operations Manager to oversee telecom sales operations, campaign onboarding, compliance, agent management, and partner coordination for U.S.-based fiber and internet campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day telecom campaign operations
- Onboard and train agents and call center teams
- Coordinate campaign launches and operational setup
- Monitor QA, compliance, and performance metrics
- Manage reporting, sales tracking, and operational workflows
- Support onboarding of new telecom partners and campaigns
- Ensure adherence to partner policies and compliance requirements
- Work closely with management to scale telecom operations
