Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in integration projects.
Ability to define technical standards| best practices| and governance for Tibco and middleware solutions.
Experience in solution architecture| including designing scalable| secure| and maintainable integration platforms.
Experience with Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) for designing and developing integration workflows.
Familiarity with Tibco EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service) for messaging and event-driven architecture.
Understanding of JMS (Java Messaging Service) concepts.
Knowledge of Tibco ActiveMatrix| Tibco Hawk| or other Tibco middleware tools is a plus.
