+ Operates and monitors filling machinery in a dairy processing environment.
+ Tracks and adjusts fill weights to meet bottle specifications.
+ Oversees cap monitoring and capping, along with general product packaging.
+ Cleans, sets up, operates, and monitors filling equipment.
+ Performs all necessary quality checks and completes documentation for filling machinery.
+ Records production and quality data.
+ Conducts filler line changeovers.
+ Adheres to all sanitation and quality policies and procedures.
+ Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices.
+ Ensures adherence to food safety and quality system requirements.
+ Keeps the workspace clean, sanitary, and safe.
+ Communicates with other departments, management, and associates, and promptly reports any issues or concerns that may impact production efficiency.
