+ Utilizes computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other tools to coordinate maintenance efforts.
+ Works directly with maintenance mechanics, production associates, and leadership to schedule maintenance-related downtime while ensuring maximum production efficiency.
+ Demonstrates collaboration by attending weekly and monthly meetings, providing updates on maintenance schedules, and making recommendations for improvement.
+ Issues approved schedules along with relevant work orders.
+ Audits maintenance schedules by planning and implementing audits to verify compliance.
+ Evaluates schedules when they are not followed and prepares audit work papers, documentation, and final reports of findings.
