UX Researcher (2-5yrs | Hyderabad)
Some people listen to what users say & some people understand what they don't say.
At NxtWave, research shapes how product decisions are made, by turning conversations, observations, and data into solutions. We're looking for a
UX Researcher (2–5 years)
to do exactly that.
What you'll do:
Convert one-line statements into a research document
Talk to users. A lot. Then turn that into gold (aka insights).
Run interviews, usability tests, surveys, and studies like a pro.
Partner with designers, PMs, and marketers to shape product decisions.
Find friction, drop-offs, and facepalms—and fix 'em with research.
Build personas, journey maps, and frameworks users would be proud of.
What you bring:
2–5 years of UX research experience (real users, not friends & family).
Comfortable with qual + quant. You ask good questions and find the data to back it.
Tools like Maze, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop ...
