Job Description
Our Financial Services client is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join their team.
This will be for 6+ months. 40 hours per week. Remote. The rate range is between $80-90 per hour, T4.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mixed‑methods research across discovery, concept validation, usability, and post‑launch evaluation
- Develop research plans that combine qualitative depth with quantitative rigor
- Run surveys, interviews, and usability tests to understand user needs, behaviors, and mental models
- Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations that influence product and design decisions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX research experience, ideally in financial services or fintech or other regulated industries
- Strong command of qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, concept testing, usability evaluation)
