Job Description
Consult stakeholders to understand business goals and propose user-centric solutions to support finance operations effectively. Review end-to-end user journeys and recommend optimal UX designs aligned with the proposed ERP Solution and industry best practices. Identify and solve UX challenges by translating complex requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences. Create and iterate design concepts through storyboards, user flows, wireframes, screen designs, prototypes, MVPs, and other UX methodologies. Conduct user research activities such as usability testing, Hallway Testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, and surveys. Translate user research findings into actionable design recommendations and improvements. Define, develop, and maintain consistent UX standards, design systems, and process patterns across the Solution.
