What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive quality assurance audits on service calls and other healthcare-related tasks
- Providing detailed feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement
- Analyzing performance data and identifying areas for process optimization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives
- Staying up to date with industry regulations and best practices
- Contributing to the development of quality assurance tools and training materials
What we're looking for
- A registered nurse (USRN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional communication and coaching abilities
- Adaptability and a keen interest in process improvement
