About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate USRN Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, ensuring that healthcare professionals are equipped with the necessary knowledge and competencies for Utilization Review processes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and deliver training sessions for USRN employees in a BPO/CPO healthcare setting
Develop and update training materials, modules, and assessments
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to trainees
Ensure trainees meet required quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs
Monitor trainee progress and prepare training reports
