Job Description
WNS is looking for a candidate in the Philippines who holds an active PRC License and has at least 1 year of hospital or clinical BPO experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and preferably some medical reviewer experience.
The responsibilities include reviewing claim details, procedural codes, and creating templates for submission to clinicians. The candidate will also be responsible for completing and resolving cases based on clinical decisions.
