Utilities Manager

We are seeking a Utility Manager to perform a support function to the Facilities Manager, specifically relating to the administration and management of utilities.
- Resolve queries relating to utilities with the relevant municipalities.
- Report on energy management and consumption in the portfolio and for the sustainability report.
- Liaise and negotiate with distributors and regulatory bodies relevant to the portfolio regarding billing issues.
- Monitor utilities procedures and compliance within the portfolio.
- Data integrity – scrutinise invoices and other documentation for accuracy and make comments on remediation.
