Utility Development Program Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Utility Development Program Manager to lead the planning and delivery of utility infrastructure across a growing portfolio of large-scale development projects. This role will focus on ensuring power capacity is secured, planned, and delivered to support existing and future operational requirements. The successful candidate will oversee utility and substation projects from early feasibility through construction delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and utility providers across multiple European locations.
