Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, a leading South African power utility, is seeking dedicated and reliable Utilityman General Workers to join the Medupi Power Station team. This role is critical in supporting daily plant operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the station, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The successful candidate will perform a range of general maintenance, labor, and operational support tasks, contributing to Eskoms mission of providing reliable electricity to millions of South Africans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled artisans and technical staff with routine maintenance and repair work across the plant.
- Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, transporting materials, and maintaining equipment.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely in accordance with plant procedures.
- Monitor and report any operational or safety hazards to supervisors.
