Job Description
Practice Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6 pm, Friday 8 am - 5pm, Saturday 8:30 am - 1 pm
Schedule is 4, 10 hour days Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday hours
Saturday clinic coverage (typically once every 6-7 weeks)
Rotating call coverage
Outpatient only
Practice offers both primary care and same-day appointment visits
Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible organization
Responsible for providing physician services, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic and other locations, i.e., hospital, assisted living facility, ambulatory surgery center, within the scope of licensing, training, and credentialing and depending on specialty.
